Description

This marinade is perfect for grilling chicken. Make sure to continuously baste the chicken with the marinade while cooking.

  • Sea Buckthorn 15 oz
  • Honey 5 oz
  • Curry 1 tablespoon
  • Cayenne Pepper to taste
  • Chicken Drumstick 6 pieces
  • Spinach 0 oz
  • Tomatoes 3 pieces
  • Fresh Mint 0 oz
  • Lemon ½ pieces
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Prepare all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 355°F.

Blend the sea buckthorn until smooth, then strain through a sieve.

Mix the sea buckthorn puree, honey, curry, pepper, and salt.

Place the chicken legs in a resealable marinade bag, pour the prepared sauce over them, and refrigerate for a few hours.

Place the chicken legs on a baking tray and put them in the oven for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, brush the chicken thighs with sea buckthorn marinade, return them to the oven for another 10 minutes, then brush them with the marinade again and return to the oven for another 10 minutes. The chicken should develop a delicious glossy crust.
