- Poultry 5 lbs
- Black Pomegranate Molasses 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Maple syrup 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Place it on a special roasting stand (like on a bottle).
Step 3
Mix the ingredients for the sauce. Brush the chicken with half of the sauce.
Step 4
Put it in the oven to roast (200–410°F) for half an hour.
Step 5
Then, brush with the remaining sauce and return to the oven for another half hour.
