Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 10 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Wheat Flour 3 teaspoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into small strips.
Step 2
Slice the onion into half rings.
Step 3
For the sauce, mix the milk, 1.5 teaspoons of flour, and minced garlic.
Step 4
Add salt and pepper. Sauté the onion until lightly golden, then add the meat.
Step 5
Sauté for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring.
Step 6
Add salt and pepper. Then sprinkle with the remaining flour, mix, and fry for 2 minutes. Pour in the milk mixture and stir.
Step 7
Simmer for 5 minutes with the lid on, stirring constantly.
Step 8
At the end, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
