Description

  • Chicken Thighs 4 pieces
  • Honey 3 tablespoons
  • Soy Sauce 8 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Pistachios 5 tablespoons
  • Safflower Oil 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Clean the chicken thighs of fat, rub with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Prepare the sauce: melt the honey, squeeze the juice from one lemon, and mix it all with the soy sauce.

Step 3

Grease the skillet with sunflower oil. Place the thighs in it and pour the sauce over everything.

Step 4

Send to a preheated oven (482°F) for 30 minutes. During this time, keep an eye on the chicken and turn it as soon as it browns on one side.

Step 5

Remove the chicken, add the pine nuts, and bake in the oven for another 10 minutes.
