Chicken in Honey-Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • Honey 1 tablespoon
  • Ocean salt 1 tablespoon
  • Dried Rosemary to taste
  • Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Parmesan Cheese 10 oz
  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Poultry 1 piece
  • Mustard Greens 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the chicken and dry it with a towel, or simply let it sit for 30–40 minutes in the kitchen. Keep the pieces separate from each other.

Step 2

Mix the mustard, honey, and salt to make the sauce.

Step 3

Season the chicken with pepper, sprinkle with rosemary, and coat it in the sauce.

Step 4

Place on foil, on which a couple of potato slices are already laid.

Step 5

Seal the foil at the top to create a pouch. Place in the oven for 20 minutes at 430°F.

Step 6

Remove, open the pouches, add sliced tomatoes, onion, and top with grated cheese.

Step 7

Bake for another 10 minutes until a crust forms on the cheese.
