Ingredients

  • Tomatoes 3 pieces
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
  • Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
  • Salt a pinch
  • Lemon-Pepper Mix a pinch
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Chicken fillet 10 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the onion, slice it into half-rings, and place it in a frying pan with oil.

Step 2

Cut the tomatoes into any shape you like and add them to the pan with the onion, cover with a lid, and simmer for about 2 minutes, adding salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3

While everything is simmering, cut the chilled fillet into pieces of your choice and add it to the pan with the tomatoes and onion. Add the garlic, either crushed or finely chopped.

Step 4

Pour soy sauce into the pan, a little for flavor (remember, it is salty too), and add a small amount of mayonnaise.

Step 5

Stir, cover with a lid, and simmer for about 15 minutes.
