- Curry 2 spoons
- Onion 1 head
- Cream 22% 5 fl oz
- Cashew 0 oz
- Green Peas 2 spoons
- Parsley ½ bunches

Step 1
Lightly toast the cashew nuts in a dry, well-heated skillet.
Step 2
Cut the fillet into cubes and the onion. Sauté in olive oil until the meat turns white, then season with salt and pepper. Pour in the cream, gradually adding 2 tablespoons of curry, stirring thoroughly to avoid lumps, until a smooth sauce is achieved. Let it simmer for 20-30 minutes until the meat is cooked through.

Add the nuts and green peas. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
