- Milk 5 fl oz
- Spices to taste
- Fresh Mushrooms 10 oz

- Chives 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a skillet, add the flour and sauté for 1 minute. Then add the sour cream, milk, spices, chopped mushrooms, chopped parsley, and chopped chives.
Step 2
Spread everything over the chicken and bake at 300°F for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with herbs and lemon juice to taste.
Step 3
Sear the breasts until golden brown and transfer to a baking dish.
