Description
This recipe uses chicken thigh fillets, but you can use any part of the chicken that you enjoy. Any herbs can be used, but parsley and cilantro are the optimal choice. If you have high-fat cream, it's better to dilute it with water or milk. You can never have too much garlic in this dish; it adds a nice kick. Vegetables, chickpeas, or lentils make excellent side dishes. Enjoy your meal.

- "Petelinka Thigh Fillet" 20 oz
- Cream 0 qt
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Garlic 2 heads
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Khmeli-suneli 1 tablespoon
- Lemon-Pepper Mix 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash and clean the chicken, peel the garlic and separate it into cloves.

Place the chicken in a skillet to fry, adding 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. While the chicken is frying on one side, proceed to prepare the sauce.

Chop the garlic.

Place it in a bowl.

Chop the herbs in a convenient way.

Add to the bowl with garlic.

Add khmeli-suneli.

Add lemon pepper.
