- Onion 1 head
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Lemon 1 piece
- Dill 1 bunch
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the prepared chicken into portion-sized pieces. Drizzle with vegetable oil and rub with salt and pepper. Puncture the skin with a knife or fork in several places.
Step 2
Preheat the microwave and grill the chicken for 12 to 15 minutes.
Step 3
Peel and chop the onion. Finely chop the dill. Grate the lemon zest. Sauté the onion with dill and zest in vegetable oil for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Heat the cream without boiling and pour it into the saucepan. Season to taste. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 5 to 6 minutes until thickened.
Step 5
Pour the sauce over the chicken. Cook in the microwave on full power for about 6 minutes.
Step 6
Turn the chicken and cook for another 4 minutes.
