Description

Basil can be omitted, as it is a matter of personal preference. If you add mushrooms to the dish, it can be served with pasta. You can serve it garnished with herbs (dill and basil are preferable).   • Onion 1 piece
  • Chicken fillet 20 oz
  • Cream 22% 15 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Nutmeg to taste
  • Curry to taste
  • Mixed Ground Peppers to taste
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh basil leaves a pinch
  • Cheese Spread 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the chicken fillet into cubes about 1–1.5 cm. Sauté in olive oil over medium heat, adding salt and spices, and stir.

Step 2

When the liquid is released, add the onion, increase the heat, and stir constantly until the chicken starts to develop a golden crust.

Step 3

Pour in the cream, reduce the heat to low. Stir to prevent the cream from curdling and add the grated cheese. Let it sit for a couple of minutes and then turn off the heat.
