Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Aged gouda cheese 5 oz
- Sour Cream 10 oz
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the chicken fillet, pat it dry, and cut it into small pieces. Gently pound each slice. Then add salt and spices to the chicken fillet, mix, and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Slice the mushrooms and sauté them in oil until the liquid evaporates. Finally, add the sour cream, simmer for a couple of minutes, and remove from the skillet.
Step 3
Heat the skillet well and quickly sauté the chicken fillet in oil on both sides. Then add the sauce to the meat, mix, reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the chicken fillet and cook until the cheese melts.
Step 5
Serve the chicken fillet under the cheese and mushroom sauce with herbs and vegetables.
