Ingredients
- Butter 10 oz
- Poultry 20 oz
- Onion 15 oz
- Garlic 0 oz
- Ginger-Garlic Paste 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper 1 tablespoon
- Ground ancho chili pepper 7 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken into 8 pieces.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion, garlic, and chili peppers.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a pot and add the onion.
Step 4
Once the onion becomes translucent, add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté, stirring, for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Add the chicken, cover with a lid, and fry until partially cooked.
Step 6
Add the garlic, green chili, black pepper, salt, and mix well. Fry until fully cooked.
Step 7
Serve with chapati (Indian flatbread made from wheat flour, similar to thin lavash) or naan (Indian wheat bread).
