- Breadcrumbs 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Clarified Butter 0 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Pickled Cauliflower 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Egg white 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the prepared chickens, cut them in half, flatten them, season with salt, coat in flour, then dip in egg, coat in breadcrumbs, and fry in oil on both sides.
Step 2
Serve the chickens on a plate drizzled with melted butter, arrange pickled vegetables around the chickens, and garnish with parsley sprigs.
