Chicken in a Sleeve with Vegetables
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 5 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Onion ½ piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse, pat dry with a paper towel, and rub the chicken fillet with salt.
Step 2
Cut the onion, carrot, and pepper into pieces, sticks, or strips (whatever you prefer today). Toss everything into a bowl. Mix well.
Step 3
Tear off a sleeve long enough to comfortably fit all the fillet and vegetables. Tie one end. Place it in a deep baking tray.
Step 4
Add the vegetables and then place the chicken fillet on top. Don't forget to season with pepper to taste. Shake the sleeve.
Step 5
Once all the vegetables and fillet are in the sleeve, place it in the oven at 355°F for 45 minutes.
