Description
Serves 2 pots, each approximately 400 grams. No water or oil is added — juice is released from the onions and other vegetables. The hearts turn out juicy, tender, and aromatic. Enjoy your meal!
Ingredients
- Chicken hearts 25 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Sour Cream 2 teaspoons
- Mayonnaise 2 teaspoons
- Salt to taste
- Broccoli to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Spices to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the hearts, trim off any excess, and cut into 4 pieces lengthwise.
Step 2
Grate the carrot.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion.
Step 4
If desired, add cauliflower or broccoli to taste.
Step 5
Place a little onion at the bottom of the pot to cover the base.
Step 6
Mix the remaining onion with the hearts, carrot, and broccoli.
Step 7
Add sour cream, salt, and spices.
Step 8
Mix everything and place it in the pot, spreading mayonnaise on top.
Step 9
Put the pots in a preheated oven at 355°F for 1 hour.
