Chicken Hearts with Vegetables
Ingredients
- Chicken hearts 25 oz
- Leek 2 pieces
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Eggplants 1 piece
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
- Parsley 0 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Before cooking, rinse the hearts in cold running water, remove membranes, trim excess fat and blood vessels.
Step 2
Sauté the hearts until not fully cooked. Peel and finely chop the leek and eggplant. Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, peel them, and slice.
Step 3
Layer the following in a pot: hearts, eggplant, leek, tomatoes, mayonnaise, and cheese.
Step 4
Pour the cream over everything and place in a preheated oven until cooked through (40–50 minutes). When serving, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
