Ingredients
- Cream 22% 5 oz
- Bay leaf 2 pieces
- Green peppercorns 3 pieces
- Salt a pinch
- Chicken hearts 25 oz
- Spanish onions 4 heads
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the hearts, remove any excess membranes, and place them in a frying pan. Then add bay leaves, pepper, and onion.
Step 2
Sauté for 10-15 minutes, then add a cup of warm boiled water (preferably meat broth) and simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in the cream and simmer for another 15 minutes. You can serve mashed potatoes as a side dish.
