Chicken hearts in sour cream
Ingredients
- Onion 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Sour Cream 2 spoons
- Leek 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste
- Chicken hearts 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the hearts and remove any excess fat.
Step 2
Chop the onion into small pieces and add it to a hot skillet with a splash of oil.
Step 3
Once the onions have turned golden, add the hearts.
Step 4
Sauté for about 12 minutes, then add the diced carrot. Cook for another 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 5
Next, add salt, spices, and a pinch of ground black pepper.
Step 6
Next, add 2 tablespoons of sour cream or yogurt along with the spices. Mix everything thoroughly and let it simmer for another couple of minutes.
Step 7
Sprinkle with the green part of the leek.
