
Chicken Hearts in Cream

Ingredients
- Chicken hearts 20 oz
- Cream 22% 5 fl oz
- Onion 1 head
- Carrot 1 piece
- Chopped Green Onions to taste
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a preheated skillet with vegetable oil, add the finely chopped onion rings. Sauté for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 2
Grate the carrot using a fine grater and sauté it with the onion for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add grated garlic and mix everything thoroughly, then sauté for a couple of minutes until a pungent aroma of roasted garlic develops.
Step 4
Place the rinsed and cleaned hearts into the skillet, stir with the other ingredients, season with salt, and pour in the cream.
Step 5
Simmer the dish for about 20 minutes until the hearts are cooked through.
Step 6
Add dill, stir, and let it simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
