
Chicken Hearts in Batter

Ingredients
- Chicken hearts 30 oz
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
- Soy Sauce 5 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs 5 pieces
- Spices to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the hearts lengthwise into 2 halves, but do not cut all the way through (see photo).
Step 2
Pound the preparation on both sides.
Step 3
Crack the eggs into a separate bowl and beat them. Heat the frying pan. Dredge the hearts first in flour, then in the egg, and place them in the pan. Fry on both sides until cooked through.
Step 4
Soak the chicken hearts in soy sauce beforehand — this will be a better alternative to salt. It's best to marinate the hearts in the morning and cook them in the evening, or the next day.
