  • Chicken hearts 25 oz
  • Shallot 3 pieces
  • Curry 2 tablespoons
  • Wheat Flour 0 oz
  • Chicken Broth 1 cup
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz

Prepare the hearts by making incisions on one side and separating the vessels.

Pour olive oil into a preheated skillet.
