Ingredients
- Chicken gizzards 0 lbs
- Salad Potatoes 8 pieces
- Onion 2 pieces
- Butter 5 oz
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Chicken Broth 0 qt
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Bay leaf 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the gizzards and cut them into strips. Sauté in 100 grams of butter over high heat until golden brown.
Step 2
Slice the onion into half-rings and grate the carrots. Sauté in the remaining butter.
Step 3
Cut the potatoes into strips.
Step 4
Layer the ingredients in the pots. Season with salt and pepper. Place a bay leaf in each pot. Pour in the cold broth. Cover the pots with lids.
Step 5
Place the pots on a baking sheet and put them in a cold oven.
Step 6
Simmer for 40–50 minutes at a temperature of 355°F.
