Chicken fritters with tomato and mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • Passata Tomato Sauce 10 oz
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Kefir 5 fl oz
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Chicken fillet 10 oz
  • Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
  • Dill 1 bunch
  • Activated Baking Soda a pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix the tomato paste, kefir, eggs, flour, finely chopped herbs and garlic, salt, pepper, and baking soda. You can mix by hand, but be sure to sift the flour to avoid lumps.

Step 2

Finely chop the mushrooms and sauté for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Add the finely chopped fillet to the mushrooms, salt, and spices to taste, and fry until cooked through.

Step 4

In a preheated skillet, place several spoonfuls of the batter (ensuring they do not touch), top each with filling (the more filling, the juicier the fritters), and cover with a second layer of batter.

Step 5

Fry on both sides until golden brown.
