
Chicken Fritters with Garlic

Description
Best served with mashed potatoes or rice. If necessary, starch can be replaced with flour. The fillet does not require long marinating.
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Potato protein 2½ tablespoons
- Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste
- Garlic 2 cloves
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces (shape does not matter). Place the chicken in a deep bowl.
Step 2
Crack the egg. Add starch, crushed garlic, salt, and spices.
Step 3
Add mayonnaise. Ensure the mixture is not too runny. Mix thoroughly.
Step 4
In a heated skillet with oil, spoon the resulting chicken mixture.
Step 5
Once the bottom of the fritter is set, flip it over. Fry on both sides for 7-10 minutes.
