- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Canned Truffles 10 oz
- 10% cream 15 fl oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Dried Dill Stems 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips, season with salt and pepper to taste. Heat a skillet and place the fillet in olive oil.
Step 2
Slice the onion into half-rings, add to the fillet, and sauté for 10–15 minutes.
Step 3
Then add the sliced mushrooms.
Step 4
After 5–7 minutes of adding the mushrooms, sprinkle everything in the skillet with dried dill (can be substituted with parsley, basil, etc.).
Step 5
Pour in the cream, mix thoroughly, and wait for the cream to boil, then reduce the heat.
Step 6
When the cream thickens, the dish is ready.
