Ingredients

- Chicken Broth 10 fl oz
- Champignons 5 oz
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
- Corn Starch 1 tablespoon
- Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the chicken, place it in a microwave-safe dish, pour in the broth, cover, and cook for 8 minutes at full power. Flip the chicken and cook for another 8 minutes at the same setting.
Step 2
Remove the chicken, let it cool slightly, and then remove the meat from the bones, cutting it into small pieces.
Step 3
Peel the zucchini and carrots, then chop them finely.
Step 4
Wash the champignons and chop them.
Step 5
Place the carrots in the pot with the broth, cover, and cook for 7 minutes at full power. Add the zucchini and champignons, pour in the wine, and cook for another 7 minutes.
Step 6
Dissolve the cornstarch in a small amount of water. Add the chicken meat, cornstarch, and sour cream to the pot. Season with salt and pepper, stir, and cook for 4 minutes at full power.
