Chicken fillet with yogurt and mustard baked in crackers
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 2 pieces
- Dessert Yogurt 5 oz
- Spicy salami 1 teaspoon
- Salted crackers 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the chicken fillet (remove excess fat, cartilage if any, skin and/or bones... rinse and dry. Cut across the grain into 'fingers' and season with salt.
Step 2
Mix the yogurt and mustard and marinate the chicken in this sauce for at least 30 minutes, up to a maximum of 3 hours.
Step 3
Crush the crackers in a blender or coffee grinder. Coat the chicken 'fingers' in the crackers (you can add sesame seeds or grated almonds to the crackers if desired) and place them on a dry baking sheet lined with foil.
Step 4
Bake in the oven at 190–430°F for about 25–30 minutes.
