Ingredients
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Chicken fillet 3 pieces
- Basil 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
We wash the breasts and pat them dry with paper towels.
Step 2
Make a cut in each one without slicing all the way through, then flatten them out.
Step 3
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on the inside.
Step 4
Place a basil leaf in the center of each one.
Step 5
And slices of tomato.
Step 6
Fold the edges and secure them with toothpicks.
Step 7
Fry in a small amount of vegetable oil for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through (the meat should be opaque and free of pink when cut).
