Ingredients
- Buckwheat Groats 5 oz
- Chicken fillet 4 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Soy Sauce 2 spoons
- Parsley to taste
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the buckwheat.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce by mixing milk, soy sauce, and sour cream in a saucepan. Heat on the stove for about three minutes, then remove from heat and stir in finely chopped parsley.
Step 3
Sauté the chicken fillet in a skillet. Once it is cooked through, add sliced onions and continue to sauté until they turn golden brown.
Step 4
Add the sauce and half a cup of water to the skillet.
Step 5
Simmer for about 15 minutes.
Step 6
Serve the fillet with buckwheat.
