Chicken Fillet with Pineapple

- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 1 can
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Onion 3 pieces
- Hard Cheese 10 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into pieces about 1.5 cm thick. Each piece should be large enough to hold a ring of canned pineapple.
Step 2
Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
Step 3
Gently pound the fillet.
Step 4
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and place the fillet on it.
Step 5
Spread mayonnaise over the chicken, top with onion rings, pineapple, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 6
Place in a preheated oven at 390°F for 30 minutes.
