Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Morels 10 oz
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chicken Seasoning to taste
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the chicken fillet well, cut into slices 1–1.5 cm thick, and lightly pound with a meat mallet.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease with vegetable oil. Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 3
Place the fillet on the baking sheet.
Step 4
Sprinkle with seasoning to taste, add salt and pepper.
Step 5
Cut the mushrooms into random pieces.
Step 6
Finely chop a small onion.
Step 7
Sauté the onion and mushrooms until cooked. Add salt to taste.
Step 8
Place the mushrooms in the center of each fillet.
Step 9
Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds.
Step 10
Spread mayonnaise over the mushrooms.
Step 11
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 12
Place the tomatoes on top, sprinkle with cheese, and put in the oven for 30 minutes.
Step 13
Serve hot.
