Chicken fillet with mushrooms in cream sauce with cheese
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 1½ kg
- Fresh Mushrooms ½ kg
- Onion 3 pieces
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
- Safflower Oil 2 spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Arrange them on a baking sheet that has been greased with sunflower oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Sauté the mushrooms with onions in a skillet and place them on top of the chicken fillet. Season this layer with salt and pepper as well. Pour sour cream evenly on top and place it in a preheated oven at 180-390°F.
Step 3
Cook for 20-30 minutes. Then remove the baking tray, sprinkle its contents with grated cheese, and return it to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
