It is preferable that the cream is not too runny, but if you bought liquid cream, simply add some flour to it.

- Champignons 10 pieces
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- 10% cream 15 fl oz

Step 1
Cut each piece of fillet into three parts and fry them in olive oil.
Step 2
In a clean skillet (without any oil or fat from the chicken), pour in the cream and add the thinly sliced mushrooms. Sauté everything over high heat. As soon as the cream starts to bubble, reduce the heat and add the chicken. Let it simmer on low heat for another ten minutes.
