Step 1

Slice the chicken breast fillet, pound it, and sprinkle with spices to taste. Rinse the champignon mushrooms and slice them, chop the onion into small cubes, and sauté the mushrooms with the onion in heated oil for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 355°F. Place the chicken in a baking dish, top with sliced tomatoes, then the mushrooms. Spread mayonnaise on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 25 minutes.
