Chicken fillet with mushrooms and oranges
Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
- Chicken fillet 4 pieces
- Oranges 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Sliced Processed Cheese 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sear the fillet in a pan with a small amount of oil for 1–2 minutes on each side.
Step 2
Dice the mushrooms and sauté them with a small amount of oil for 7–10 minutes.
Step 3
Peel the orange and cut it into wedges.
Step 4
Slice the cheese into thin pieces.
Step 5
On a greased baking tray, place the seared fillet, and on each piece, place 2–3 orange wedges around the edges. In the center between the orange wedges, place the sautéed mushrooms. Sprinkle with cheese slices. Bake in the oven at 150–320°F for 25–30 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables.
