Chicken fillet with mushrooms and green beans
Ingredients
- Frozen green bean pods 15 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 15 oz
- Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Chicken fillet 15 oz
- Fresh basil leaves ½ teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into cubes about 2x2 cm, season with salt (I used sea salt), and sauté in a deep skillet.
Step 2
Cut each champignon into four pieces. You can also trim the stems and cut them in half to make them easier to eat. Add the mushrooms to the fillet once it starts to brown. Sauté everything together.
Step 3
Pour the green beans into another skillet and sauté for about 7 minutes (usually, the package will indicate what to do with them). Once the beans are ready, add them to the chicken and mushrooms. Add any spices you like. I added black pepper, basil, dried herbs (parsley), and a universal seasoning.
Step 4
Cook until done. Serve with rye or unleavened bread.
