- Champignons 8 pieces
- Chicken fillet 0 lbs
- 10% cream 10 fl oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Cheese Spread 10 oz
- Parsley to taste
- Herbes de Provence to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into large pieces and slice the mushrooms. Place the chicken and mushrooms in a skillet and sauté them in butter.
Step 2
While the chicken and mushrooms are frying, prepare the cream. To do this, in a deep bowl, crush the garlic, grate in the cheese, add finely chopped parsley, pour in the cream, add a little herbes de Provence, and mix well.
Step 3
Once the chicken and mushrooms have simmered, drain off the released juices and pour in the cream. Continue to cook on low heat for another 10 minutes.
