Ingredients
- Lemon 1 piece
- Chicken fillet 0 lbs
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Sour Cream 15 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grease a pot or skillet with butter. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces. Slice the lemon into thin rounds and remove the seeds.
Step 2
Pour 1/4 of the sour cream into the bottom of the dish, place half of the chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, top with half of the lemon slices, and pour another 1/4 of the sour cream over it. Place the second half of the chicken on top, season again with salt and pepper, add the remaining lemon slices, pour the remaining sour cream, and place the remaining butter on top.
Step 3
Simmer covered in the oven until cooked through.
