Chicken Fillet with Feta and Cream

I served this dish with spaghetti. The sauce is not too fatty and not too thick, perfect for pasta.
Ingredients
- Salt to taste
- Chicken Broth 5 fl oz
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves 0 oz
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Chicken fillet 2 pieces
- Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the chicken fillet, then cut it into small cubes.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a skillet. Fry the chicken pieces over high heat until golden brown, about 5–7 minutes.
Step 3
Reduce the heat. Pour in the wine (you can adjust the amount to your taste). Let it evaporate slightly. Add the cream and season with pepper.
Step 4
When the cream comes to a boil, add the broth. Simmer covered until cooked through over low heat.
Step 5
Chop the herbs. When the chicken is ready, stir in the feta and heat over low for about 7 minutes until the cheese melts. Add the herbs and mix. Serve!
