Chicken fillet with cucumbers, carrots, and soy sauce

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet 2 pieces
  • Carrot 2 pieces
  • Courgette 2 pieces
  • Soy Sauce to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash and cut the chicken fillet into strips.

Step 2

Heat a skillet and add the fillet. Sauté for about 5–10 minutes.

Step 3

Peel the carrots and cut them. Add to the chicken fillet.

Step 4

Cut the cucumber into strips and add it to the carrots and fillet.

Step 5

After about 5 minutes, add soy sauce (I usually use about 100–150 ml).

Step 6

Cover and simmer until cooked through.
