  • Hard Cheese 5 oz
  • Dried parsnip 0 oz
  • 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
  • Dried Dill Stems 0 oz
  • Garlic 2 cloves

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the chicken fillet into pieces and pound them with a meat mallet. Season with salt on both sides.

Step 2

For the sauce, mix the sour cream with parsley, dill, and add garlic. Season with salt.

Step 3

Pre-slice the tomatoes into thin pieces.

Step 4

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
