- Onion 1 head
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Soy Sauce to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 spoons
- Basil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings. Rinse the chicken fillet and cut it into small pieces. Coat the pieces of chicken in basil, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and sauté the onion until golden brown. Then add the chicken to the skillet and fry on high heat for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Pour soy sauce into the pan and reduce the heat. Bring to a boil and simmer for a few more minutes. It's best to serve the chicken with boiled white rice.
