Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Onion 2 pieces
- Salad Potatoes 20 oz
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Spices to taste
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces (1.5 cm), marinate in mayonnaise with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice, and let it sit in the marinade for about 30–40 minutes.
Step 2
Slice the onion into half rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, slice the potatoes into rounds, and grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with oil.
Step 4
Place the chicken meat at the bottom.
Step 5
Layer the onion on top of the chicken, then add the carrots, followed by the potatoes.
Step 6
Season with salt, spread mayonnaise on top, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven for 30–40 minutes at 355°F.
