Chicken fillet stuffed with mushrooms and cheese
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 1 piece
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms 4 pieces
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Sour Cream 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Ground coriander to taste
- Butter 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the chicken fillet and dry it with a paper towel
Step 2
Make a cut in the fillet with a knife (a pocket)
Step 3
Marinade: mix soy sauce, olive oil, sour cream, coriander, pepper, and salt. Rub the fillet on both sides and let it marinate for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 355°F

Meanwhile, chop the mushrooms, onion, tomatoes, and bell pepper into cubes. Sauté in vegetable oil. Add salt. Turn off the heat. Add cheese. Mix well.
Step 6
Using a spoon, stuff the fillet with the sautéed vegetables and cheese. Secure the fillet with toothpicks.
Step 7
Place the stuffed fillet in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
