  • Spinach 1 bunch
  • Chicken fillet 4 pieces
  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Sour Cream 4 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Spices to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash and chop a large bunch of spinach, peel and finely dice the onion.

Step 2

Sauté for 3 minutes in vegetable oil, grate the garlic on a fine grater and sauté for another 2 minutes. Let it cool.

Step 3

Add grated cheese, salt, and spices to the cooled spinach.

Step 4

Wash the chicken breasts, cut each breast into two thin slices, and lightly pound if desired. Season with salt and your favorite spices.

Step 5

Place a portion of the filling (about a heaping tablespoon) onto each piece of chicken breast, roll them up, and secure with toothpicks.

Step 6

Arrange all the rolls tightly in a greased baking dish, spread sour cream on top, and place in a preheated oven at 180–375°F for 35–40 minutes.
