
Chicken Fillet Rolls with Cottage Cheese Filling

Description
Five minutes before cooking is done, you can sprinkle with grated cheese; if you use low-fat cottage cheese without sour cream, it will be a diet protein dish, though not as juicy.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Turmeric a pinch
- Ground Dried Garlic to taste
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Herbs 1 bunch
- 20% Sour Cream 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the fillet into thinner slices and, if desired, pound them. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Finely chop the herbs.
Step 3
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, mix with sour cream and herbs, add turmeric and garlic.
Step 4
Wrap the mixture in the fillet and secure the rolls with toothpicks.
Step 5
Place the rolls in a sufficiently deep baking dish and pour water halfway.
Step 6
Bake for 20–30 minutes.
