Chicken Fillet Meatballs with Rosemary
Ingredients
- Egg white 1 piece
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Salted crackers 0 oz
- Fresh Rose Hips 2 sprigs
- Onion ½ head
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the chicken fillet, turning the meat into minced meat.
Step 2
Add the chopped onion and egg to the minced meat.
Step 3
Crush the crackers in a blender until smooth and combine with the minced meat.
Step 4
Divide the minced meat into small portions and roll each portion into a ball.
Step 5
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet so that they do not touch each other, at a distance of 3–4 cm (it is best to line the baking sheet with parchment paper beforehand to prevent the meatballs from burning or sticking to the sheet). For added flavor, you can place a couple of rosemary leaves on top of the meat.
Step 6
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 390°F.
Step 7
Drizzle the finished meatballs with tomato paste or cranberry sauce.
