Ingredients
- Parsley to taste
- Breadcrumbs 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 2 spoons
- Chicken fillet 4 pieces
- Cheese Spread 4 pieces
- Ham 4 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the chicken breast on a cutting board and pound it with a rolling pin until the thickness is relatively even across the entire piece.
Step 2
Season the fillet with salt and pepper. Add the ham, cheese, and parsley.
Step 3
Roll it up into a log.
Step 4
Coat in flour.
Step 5
Dip into lightly beaten eggs mixed with salt. Coat with crushed crackers or breadcrumbs.
Step 6
Place on a baking sheet and transfer to a preheated oven at 390°F for about 25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown with a crispy crust.
Step 7
Serve with rice or vegetables.
