Step 1

Wash and dry the chicken breasts. Cut them in half.

Step 2

Beat the egg with a whisk, add water, salt, pepper, and paprika.

Step 3

Mix the breadcrumbs and shredded coconut.

Step 4

Dip the meat first in the egg, then in the coating.

Step 5

Preheat the oven to 355°F. Grease a baking sheet with oil, line it with parchment paper, and grease it again with oil. Place the chicken pieces on it and bake at 390°F for 30 minutes.
